This distinction means that our shopping centres are energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, and comfortable for users. It also confirms that we manage them in line with best practices – with a focus on quality, safety, and long-term development.
For us, the BREEAM certificate is more than a formal confirmation of standards. It is proof that we consistently deliver on our vision of modern, responsible, and well-managed spaces that serve both the community and future generations.
