Apartify Student is a project in the PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation) sector, involving the construction of a modern private student residence on Kamieniarska Street in Kraków, in the immediate vicinity of the Jagiellonian University campus. The PBSA sector is a rapidly growing segment of the student housing market, addressing the increasing demand for modern and comfortable spaces for living, studying, and social interaction.

The project includes the construction of five above-ground floors and one underground level, comprising 224 rooms, primarily single-occupancy units, designed with a strong focus on functionality and a high standard of living.

The building will also feature an extensive range of shared amenities dedicated to residents, including study and co-working spaces, a communal kitchen, laundry facilities, a fitness area, a cinema room, gaming rooms, and creative spaces such as a recording studio and an art room. The proximity to public transportation stops, retail and service infrastructure, and recreational areas such as Zakrzówek Park creates a comfortable and balanced environment that supports studying, relaxation, and the integration of the academic community.
