Apartify is a  Private Rented Sector (PRS) project that features an extensive retail and service offering on the ground floor. The PRS is a dynamically developing long-term residential rental market that is gaining significant market  interest in Poland. The Project comprises nearly 10,000 square metres of rentable space, including 210 rental units  and 174 underground parking spaces. The retail provision on the ground floor  will be complemented by a number of amenities located within the Property, including: an electric vehicle charging station, bicycle parking, green terraces, storage units, a laundry room, a pram storage room, a parcel locker, co-working space as well as fitness and yoga rooms.
